TY400 Die-forming Hard Candy Machine

 

The line is composed of dissolving tank, storage tank, vacuum cooker, cooling table, batch roller, rope sizer, forming machine, transporting belt, cooling tunnel etc. The forming dies for hard candies are in a clamping style which is an ideal device for producing different shapes of hard candies and soft candies, small wastage and high production efficiency. The whole line is manufactured as per GMP standard in accordance with the requirement of GMP Food Industry.

 

Besides, the line also has following feature:

*Continuously vacuum cooker, guarantee the quality of sugar mass;

*More suitable for producing center-filled hard candies;

*Different candy shape can be made by changing the moulds;

*Steel cooling belt is optional for better cooling effect;

*Lollipop automatic stick-inserting and forming machine is optional for making ball lollipop
